Too many students use "Google" searches for information to complete schoolwork without realizing the credibility of the source. That is why the subscription databases used by high schools and colleges are requisites for research. However, sometimes outside sources can provide useful information...the key being that it is credible and "research worthy." Choose a website about any topic that you like and evaluate it using the Website Evaluation chart (attached below) to practice evaluating websites for information. This practice will give you an idea of things you need to consider before using sources outside of the school databases.
